Definition: Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer from the point
of origin to destination.
The shipping table below is for shipments within the United States.
All orders are shipped FED-EX Ground or FED-EX Home Delivery. We
use US Priority Mail for our expedited service
which offers 2-3 days delivery time. If you must receive your purchase
sooner, please contact us for other expedited options.
Multiple boxes will increase the shipping costs.
Orders shipping to some areas of Arizona,California and Nevada may
be less than what is shown in the shopping cart,
all shipping costs will be corrected on the invoice.

will only ship within the USA and Canada, Belgium, Denmark, Finland,
France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal,
Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
We will no longer ship to any other international location.
If you
are outside of these areas please do not place an order on our site.

At
Distinct
Impressions your satisfaction is very important to us.
- Please
notify us within
2 business days of receipt if you receive a
damaged item. We will not replace damaged goods that are not
reported to us within 2 business days! We pack all orders in bubble
wrap and packing peanuts, however it is not uncommon for an item to
become broken during transit. If you receive an item that was broken
during shipping please contact us so that a new item can be shipped
to you.
- Please
DO NOT return items to us without our knowledge, as they may
be refused and returned to you at YOUR expense.
- If
you wish to return an item, please email
us for a RA# so that your account can be properly credited upon receipt
of the return.
- All
returned items will be refunded for the amount of the item only less
a 20% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping charges in either
direction.
- Items
that are returned to us in less than perfect condition i.e. soiled,
dirty, cigarette smells, pet damage or otherwise deemed unsellable
cannot be refunded. We will ship the item back to you to do with as
you please.
- All
returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Items cannot be returned
if you've had them for more than 30 days. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- We
do not accept back any soft bodied toys, personal items such as bath
seats, tubs or rings or item that has been used or soiled in any way.

Missing
items should also be reported within 2 business days. If they are
not reported within that time period we will not be responsible
for sending a replacement item.

IMPORTANT
- If an entire order has been damaged IN TRANSIT (package is visibly
damaged), please report it to the CARRIER immediately. Be sure to
keep all packaging as it may be requested by carrier.

Submission
of claims is not grounds for credit card refund, the undisputed
amount must be paid within terms.
All
orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours providing product is in stock.
Items that are not in stock will be cancelled.
You will not be charged for any item that is not shipped.
- FedEx
and all handling charges will be prepaid by Distinct Impressions
and added to your invoice, unless otherwise arranged. All orders
are insured by the carrier up to $100, additional insurance can
be added if requested.
- It
could take up to 10-14 days for your order to be processed during
the busy holiday season.
- All
orders ship within 24-48 hours.
